OUR IDENTITY
Metal Monga is specialized in sheet metal processing. Born in January 2000 joining the thirty-year experience in the family business of Giambattista Monga, to the initiative of his son Stefano in his early twenties. Starting with few machines and a lot of passion, today it has a technologically advanced machine park in almost 1000 square meters covered with 7 employees, maintaining the same passion. Putting quality and service as its fundamental mission, it has specialized in sheet metal processing for small and medium-sized carpentry production in various commodity sectors, from automotive to design and industrial machinery. Starting from the laser cutting of the sheet metal, continuing for CNC bending to manual and robotic welding and laser marking, it satisfies the majority of the customer's needs internally.
WORKING EXECUTED
LASER CUT
A new LASER FIBRA TRUMPF 4000 W with automatic loading / unloading was purchased, which is able to cut maximum sheet sizes of 3000x1500 on these thicknesses: iron 25 mm max, stainless steel 20 mm max, aluminum 15 mm max, copper / brass / bronze 8 mm max.
FOLDING
We use 3D CAD program with simulation and management of the program directly from the office. We use TRUMPF bending presses with bend angle control (ACB) with tolerances of 3 tenths of a degree. Maximum bend length 2500 mm.
WELDING
In addition to the welding department equipped for manual MIG - MAG and TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steels, we also have:
PANASONIC robotized welding system with double lathe for MAG and TIG welding with fill material;
PANASONIC robot welding system for MAG welding.
LASER MARKING
Laser marking of all metals and plastics, using a YAG TRUMPF marker. Used to mark production codes, customer logos and aesthetic text with a definition of 1 pixel.
